I am dedicated to making my clients feel beautiful, confident, and ready to take on the world when they leave my chair. My goal is to create personalized, vibrant looks that highlight each clients unique style and leave them feeling like the best version of themselves.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At DcantuStyles, I value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all of my clients. To ensure fairness and availability, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation policy: Appointment Changes or Cancellations • I require at least a 24 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within this time frame may incur a 20% of the service cost. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure I can provide the full service scheduled. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply. Emergencies • I understand that life happens! If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you.
